Random Photos of the past few months

Since I have been so bad at posting blogs lately I'm just going to post some random pictures of the last few months. These past months have been pretty hectic, I wasn't going to teach this term but then ended up teaching some morning classes and next term I'll start teaching full time which is 4 classes so it will be very busy. We have had such a fun beginning of fall and it just keeps getting better. We went to the cabin a few weekends in September. In August we started potty training Kate for real this time and it has been going really well, just a few accidents here and there which is mainly my fault for not reminding her to go, but I love not buying diapers or changing diapers anymore. Kate has been growing up so fast lately she is talking so well, she has become very OCD every night before she goes to bed she has to have all her babies lined up on her bed and a blanket over each one and then she kisses each one. She loves to play outside no matter what temperature it is and she loves the sand box. As you can tell Kate loves raspberries and will go through a thing from Costco in like 2 days.

So everytime Tyler would tell me he needed a hair cut Kate would look at me and say I need haircut too, so I had my haircut appt and Tyler wanted to come with me to get his haircut so we had to get Kate's at the same time and she was so excited and loved it. It was nice to finally get some of her hair cut and evened out also.

Hanging out at the zoo watching the bird show, this year we got a pass so Kate has really enjoyed going to the zoo.

The beginning of potty training, Kate loved sitting in front of the TV to go potty, luckily it didn't turn into a habit and now she'll sit on the toilet

One of our activities was painting with marshmellows and chocolate pudding, one of Kate's favorites she always is asking to do it now.

The other day my mom had the day off work so we all decided we wanted to go hiking up to Lake Solitude, it was so pretty with all the leaves changing colors.

When we got to the Lake, Tyler had remembered that a few years ago we did this hike with my aunt and uncle and went past the Lake and up and over the mountain to Twin Lakes, well when we did it last time I barely made it because it is so hard so I didn't want to do it again but Tyler started walking up that way and I told everyone to stay behind he was just kidding there was no way. Well when him and Kate got about half way up I knew he wasn't kidding so we all started hiking up that way and even though it was still pretty hard. Getting to the top was worth it all. This is the view from the top looking over Twin Lakes it was so gorgeous.
