| Tyler and I were able to spend a night up at The Stein Erikson Lodge in Deer Valley. When my uncle Sam was supposed to get married we let them have the rest of the planters and plants in the greenhouse since it was closing soon. In return Vicki gave Tyler, I and his parents a gift card to Stein Erikson. So we planned a night to go up when my parents could babysit the kids. So we dropped the kids off and headed up to go to the outlet stores to do a little shopping. Afterwards we went and got our room key and when they took us to our room the key didn't work and the concierge tried and it started making really weird noise. So they sent over a service guy who had to break in the room and replace batteries. We finally got in our room, which was really nice had a hot tub on the deck, and after hanging out for awhile we headed out to explore before dinner. So our room package included a 3 course dinner. Dinner was great it was weird being able to sit down so long just to eat dinner, it took about two hours all together but so nice to enjoy a warm meal with no kids. We headed off to our room and hung out until Tyler gets a call saying people in our building smelled smoke so we needed to prepare to evacuate, he just stayed in his pajamas not thinking they would. Well ten minutes later they knocked on our door and evacuated us, as we were walking out it was filled with smoke and the fireman were running in with a hose. | |

There were 4 fire trucks it was crazy so we just waited in the lobby to see what was going to happen next. The lady in the back had just taken an Ambien and was a little bit out of it, she was so funny.
So they put us up in a suite for the night and gave us the night free, here are the pictures of the suite it was awesome to bad we only had to sleep.
This was the brunch we had it was awesome!!
When we left the hotel we went to do the Alpine Slide, Coaster, and Zip line. It was so nice to get away from kids for a night.
