The week my mom was done working we were all able to get together to go up to Brighton and walk around Silver Lake and up around the cabin. It was fun being with my sisters also and all the cousins had a blast exploring the mountains. They collected sticks along the way, made their own little pathways and just ran around like kids thats how I remember growing up and want my kids to have that experience
This was the coolest thing ever it was a rainbow in the clouds and stayed all day

After swimming with my friend Melanie one day we got swarmed by ducks the would walk right up to Kate and take food out of her hand.
A few days after Brighton my mom had us all over for a swim party for the kids, it was so fun to have lunch with everyone and let the kids play.
