July 2013

You always have to start off July with fireworks. Every 4th of July we go up to my grandpa's cabin and then come down and do fireworks with friends. This was our last year at the cabin. After the cabin though we came down and had a BBQ at our friends The Packard's and lit fireworks with all the kids it was lots of fun and all the kids played together.
 Having fun doing sparklers
While all my family was in town we had a date night, we went laser tagging and to Hire's Big H and it was so fun we couldn't stop laughing all night. Right after this picture a huge bug kept flying into me it was crazy.
Best part of July is picking fresh raspberries and blackberries and all the vegetables.
We set up our big pool this year and the kids played in it every day.
I love when I end up with both kids in my bed this night Conner was sick and he never sleeps with us but he cuddled all night with me and then Kate felt left out and jumped right in.
Kate at the dentist she had her very first cavity but did so great getting it filled like it was no big deal.

On the 24th of July we bought new mattresses for the cabin in Kamas and brought them up and got rid of the old ones, we just didn't realize  we couldn't get a bigger mattress up the stairs so we had to improvise a lot.
The kids had fun playing and afterwards we took them on a walk down to the river to throw rocks and play around.

This picture made it look like Conner had some huge gash but this is what happens when you itch a mosquito bite too much.

We went to the One Direction concert and didn't realize every 16 year old girl was there I have never been to a concert where the girls screamed so loudly Tyler had to plug his ears for most of it.
The kids getting creative on how to store there cherry tomatoes after picking them.

As a kid I was never a big fan of hiking but lately I have come to love it more and more. Any chance we get we try and go on a hike, Kelsie and I like to go to Bells Canyon since it is so close and the kids fed the ducks and at one point they practically jumped in the water and were soaked.
Conner gave up on wearing pants it was so funny.
This was our first attempt to potty train, but Conner just likes to go on the toilet when he feels like it you can't tell him to go.
