Easter

 Easter was so fun this year, Kate was so excited for the Easter bunny to come. Easter morning when she woke up the Easter bunny had left a trail of eggs from her room to her Easter basket. This was the first morning she did not come into our room right after waking up. I woke up hearing her playing with all the stuff, then she poked her head in our room and said all quietly "Mommy I found an egg, you want to see" then pulled us out of bed to show us everything he had brought.

 It was funny after she showed us each thing she made sure to put it back in the exact place she found it in her basket.

 After we went to Tyler's parents for breakfast and the Easter egg hunt at the greenhouse.

 Kate was so excited for the Easter egg hunt she wouldn't even eat breakfast. So we all headed over to the greenhouse and we gave each kid a different section so they wouldn't fight over eggs. Kate did pretty well finding the eggs, some were really hard cause the colors blend in with the flowers. She found eggs with stickers, candy and money in them. She was most excited about the money ones.

 Brian and Karen hid some eggs really well so we had everyone come over and help her.

 At Charlotte's house the Easter bunny left 27 white eggs for the girls to dye. Of course I didn't get any pictures cause I had to closely watch. This was Kate's 3rd time painting eggs as she would say this week its one of her favorite things, and she always wanted to dye them blue.

This year was very fun, the week before Easter Jolynn and I let the kids make Easter cookies and then Kate and I died eggs one day, then I had to work the next day so my mom got a glitter egg kit and did that with Kate the next day. Can't wait till next year when I'll have two kids to be able to have all the fun with all over again.
