"Mommy I swallowed money and its stuck in my throat"

This is how my morning started out today just watching my neighbors little 4 mo. old and all was good and peaceful, Kate and her were just reading books together and having fun. Then my mom was getting her car fixed at a place by me so I told her I would come pick her up and she could come hang out at my house while it was getting worked on. Well I woke up the baby and went and picked her up, when I got home Tyler and my sister were home for lunch and we were all talking when Kate all of a sudden comes in the kitchen and tells me, "Mommy I just swallowed money and its stuck in my throat" and of course I freak out a little cause I didn't want it to turn sideways and block her airways, so I had her drink some water to see if that would push it down but she said it was still in her throat. She showed me exactly where she got it so I knew she had swallowed a dine.  I put my hand on her throat and she could even tell me where it was. So I called the clinic and they said to bring her in to get an x-ray to see where it was at, but I had to take my mom back to her car any min and had baby for another 3 hours. So Tyler grabbed Kate and put her upside down to try and shake it out of place and after a min or 2 she said it was in her tummy so now I get to wait for that to come out.
So then I take my mom back to her car and I was planning on both kids falling asleep on the way home and I would just grab some lunch on the way back for my mom and I. So the baby is asleep and as I pull up to the drive thru of course Kate says she needed to go potty and after we had shoved 2 cups of water down her I knew she really did. So I pulled around and it was haling and I had to get Kate out of the car and baby but I didn't bring Kate's shoes so I carried them both into the bathroom. The baby woke up and screamed the whole way home and Kate wouldn't fall asleep. So I gave up on naps. This last picture is sideways but this is Kate playing in the rain and hale jumping on the tramp after the baby left.
As you can see I only have 8 wks left till my baby boy comes and days like this gets me really nervous and excited Kate will be such a good big sister, I just know life won't be nice and relaxing for awhile, usually I'm calling my sister and her days are all very exciting but today that was my life.
I do have to say how much I love my tater tot (Kate) she has grown up so much these last few months, the other day my pajama pants got caught on something and ripped and Kate said "it's ok Mommy I can fix it with sticky tape, Dora has sticky tape". I just love her so much, even when she has 2 hour fits over her princess towel.
I was able to listen to a few talks on conference and I really liked the one about to do and to Be, it just talked about how kids are here to teach us also and each kid has a different personality and there is different ways to raise and discipline kids. He also talked about how to look for Christ like characteristics in your children and to let them know when you see them doing Christ like things. I think it has really helped me, especially this week try and be a better mom.

Holy Cow! That doesn't sound fun... at least she told you, and you knew it was a dime! We are excited for the baby to come. Every few days Sydney will ask me if you had the baby yet, it's pretty funny! Aren't you done with babysitting now?
