For Valentine's Day this year Tyler got me a few really pretty bouquets of flowers because I decided I wasn't much of a roses person anymore and he loved the other flowers so much he couldn't just get me one, so our whole house smelled amazing. That morning I made the kids heart shaped pancakes with raspberries and whipped cream. Then we had a good dinner and all got to open our Valentines from each other.
During the day I had my friends Kami and Jamie come over with their girls and we decorated sugar cookies and had a competition to see who could stack the most conversation hearts and no it wasn't the kids it was us the adults we were able to stack 16 without them falling.
Kate's class at preschool combined her class with 3 other classes so she received many Valentine's it was fun for her.
We also made hearts with using toilet paper rolls and red finger paint Kate had fun with it and Conner just like making a mess with it.
Right before Valentine's Day both kids got sick and slept in our bed together. Kate used my boots to get the mail one day and the last picture is her writing her name for all of her Valentine's.
