Conner woke up really early one morning not feeling very well and finally fell back asleep around 8am and so did I so Kate came down and laid with us and tickled my arm.
My kids love bubble baths and thats one thing to keep them warm when its cold outside.

Kate wanted to sleep on her chairs so her and Conner got all their pillows and blankets and set them up. They didn't actually sleep there though.

New Year's Eve we went to dinner at the Pie with Cyd and AJ, and then we met Kelsie and Jake at Laser Quest and all went Laser tagging which is our new favorite date night. Afterwards we went back to my mom's to get the kids and played games, I kept the kids up til midnight as you can tell Kate was not to happy about it but we watched the fireworks then drove home.

Like father like son Conner always gets on the forklift and four wheelers at the greenhouse and loves to go on rides with his dad.
Kate asked Santa for new work gloves so she could go to work with dad. So one day we went over and let her plant some flats she loved every second and did an awesome job.
We had Kate's cousin Izzy's birthday didn't get very many pics except for this one of her and Harbor painting each others nails.
I love Pinterest and finding new activities for the kids and got some glow sticks in the dollar section at Target and we threw them all in the tub and turned off the lights, it was probably one of the kids favorite activities.
Last fall I was called to be the Mia Maid Advisor and so one of our class activities we made high heel cupcakes and these are Kate's and mine. All the girls turned out so cute I wish I would've taken a pic. But here's a pic of mine and Kate's is the pink one and she made it and put it all together by herself.
Play dough kept us very busy.
Sledding at the park, Tyler was able to go in late to work one day and wanted to take the kids sledding so we all walked over to the park and went down the hill Conner is not the biggest fan of sledding but Kate is fearless. It was so fun getting out of the house that day.
Kate and Tyler even made sure to go down the slide on the playground.
Two days later we met my friend Kristy and her boy Keagan at the park and went sledding with them also.

Running away from the inversion to see the sun for the first time in weeks it was so beautiful and warm up in Brighton this day and so nice to get away from all the bad air.
Conner wouldn't even keep his snow clothes on it was so warm. He also walked around the cabin loop all on his own. He passed out on Cami afterwards while I took the kids sledding a little more.
First shopping trip at Trader Joe's one of our new favorite grocery stores and the kids love pushing their own cart.

Conner had croup really bad one night and I had to sit out in the freezing cold with him and then in a hot steamy shower for about every 20 min all night, I was really scared because he had such a bad barky cough. I did love every sec that night cuddling with him because that never happens. He was such a trooper and he would say brrh every time he wanted to go outside because he knew it would help him breath. Luckily it only was really bad for one night. In the morning though Kate cuddled with him because she knew he was to tired to fight back so they actually cuddled for a little bit and watched movies.
