Sometimes Tyler likes to be very spontaneous. He woke up today like that and told me to call my mom and sister and ask them if they wanted to go for a drive. So they all jumped to the opportunity and met us at the mouth of parley's. I still had no clue what he was up to. So we head up Mirror Lake highway and he takes us to Mt Baldy it was my first time actually going there. So we ended up hiking up the mountain but there was too much snow to make it to the top and we started getting a downpour of rain and lightning and thunder so we found a group of trees and huddled underneath them. Once the storm lightened up a little we hiked down as fast as we could.

I think its safe to say we wore the kids out.
